All custom design we make are copyrighted. Any changes are prohibited until the full payment for the project and its copyright are received.
Services (web development and design, web application) that are purchased, and hosted by Eyerys are charged for maintenance, backup and/or updates. Eyerys is authorized to make those services purchased offline with or without confirmation if payment is overdue.

Our servers are currently based in Indonesia, so your personal data will be processed by us in Indonesia where data protection and privacy regulations may have different level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the United States of America.
