Communicative in Twitter

As a microblogging site, Twitter is an excellent place to promote your company’s product, services, blog posts and news. There are about 200 million tweets sent on Twitter each day and you can be one of them by describing yourselves and be one of the crowd. Although the tweets go very fast, being one of them is one way out of the many ways to be known by people.

We can see several company accounts on Twitter that approach people with non-human tweets. This is a pretty typical business-account feed. It’s just a series of automated tweets from the company’s blog - no personality, no variety, and no conversation. This can make them a rather boring being to follow, and that is a put down to your business if you take Twitter seriously as a media of your promotion. It is not a bad decision to be a 'robot' but being in a social media site, is always about personalizing yourselves. Social media is where people readily express their opinions and personalities, and being a robot doesn't make social media a better place for promotion.

Make people laugh and communicate with your follower by retweeting their tweets that correspond your business as an example. This is an appreciation for them and relationship is built steadily.

Business is all about relationship. Relationship is built by communication. Unless you are a large enterprise known worldwide, being a 'human' in social media sites is a crucial way of building relationship with other business companies and fairly attract future clients.
