George Sadowsky, an American computer scientist who has worked in a number of entities, helps in creating a team that would train over 1,500 instructors from over 100 nations on internet technologies, operation, management and governance.

The team's was crucial to the internet’s global expansion.

Sadowsky is well-known for his decades of work with developing nations. There, he was the one who brought internet and made it affordable. In places where those aren't possible, he helped in changing the legislation to make sure that the internet has minimal interventions from government or from other regulators.

For his work, Sadowsky was named into the Internet Hall of Fame as a Global Connector in 2013.
