Teachers are educators. They can be found in classrooms of schools, to college and universities, and more places.
Their job goes beyond just academics, to also involve social, and emotional skills, because sometimes, teachers' job is to also help students foster critical thinking, encourage creativity, and promote a lifelong love of learning.
These incredible people are there to facilitate learning, impart knowledge, and shape the minds of students.
Because of this, these people play a pivotal role in the development of students, and that they're often seen as motivators and also guides.
But one teacher didn't get that memo, or at least, have that common thought.
Brianna Coppage taught English at St. Clair High School in Missouri.
But during the times beyond those times at school, she's someone else. Her alter ego, is a model, an OnlyFans nude model.
Through her account, she posted photos of herself naked and masturbating with and without a sex toy, and recording herself having sexual intercourse.
While she said that her work on OnlyFans was "completely separate" from her professional life at school, it didn't take that long before someone found out about her hustle.
It all happened when Coppage made $42,000 a year working as a teacher.
It's worth noting that Coppage's pay per year as an English teacher at the school right on the outskirts of St. Louis was among the U.S.' lowest starting salaries for teachers.
Trying to make ends meet, and also earn extra money that would help her pay off student loans from her advanced degrees, she turned to OnlyFans.
"I started it, one, to just supplement my income and kind of see what happens and possibly make extra money. Like, I have student loans. I was working on my third degree. So, I also have a master's degree in education, and then I was working on my specialist degree," she said.
But it turned out that the administrators of the school she was teaching received anonymous reports about her OnlyFans escapade.
A superintendent of the school district said that the school was "recently notified that an employee may have posted inappropriate media on one or more internet sites."
The school didn't confront Coppage directly, and decided to let her speak. And apparently, the 28-year-old didn't hesitate and told the truth.
"They specifically said they got a report from an adult in the Sullivan School District, and they asked, do I have any other income streams like outside of teaching? And I said, ‘Yes, I do have an OnlyFans.’ They asked how long I had been doing it, if it was during my own time or … anything at school, which I told them."
Coppage said that she "knew this day was coming," sooner or later.
"The district has engaged legal counsel to conduct a comprehensive investigation into this matter," the school said. "Actions taken as a result of the investigation will be in accordance with board policy and with guidance from legal counsel."
The Missouri teacher was then placed on an administrative leave.
Coppage couldn't blame anyone but herself.
"There is this expectation that teachers should be the moral leaders of students, and I do not disagree with that," she said.
"I taught the curriculum. I taught students reading and writing, and I didn’t guide them on my thoughts or beliefs. … And I can’t control what people think of me."
But the school was still trying to be kind to her, and not too harsh.
Coppage was asked that if she's given the opportunity, would she do it again.
"I don't regret it. I still strongly feel that. People are allowed to have personal lives outside of their career. And I've seen a lot of comments like, 'Well, what if the students found it or it's online? People are going to see it," she said.
"And I don't necessarily disagree with that," she said.
Because of her decision, she doubt that she could teach anymore.
But Coppage has no regrets, especially because she's already amongst OnlyFans' top creators, raking in nearly $1 million since she began the account over the summer.
"I will also say that I have tens of thousands of fans now. And I have, you know, far exceeded my teacher salary for the year," she said.
She couldn't help herself for being even more careless, because she's earning a lot more from selling porn, than being a teacher.
Soon after resigning, Coppage said that she would focus on porn.
No longer a teacher, her could now focus on modeling, and make her side hustle her main line of work.
Coppage claimed that she has gained a lot more followers due to the reports surrounding her story.
"Yes… I’m THAT teacher," she wrote on her OnlyFans bio, in order to get the attention of prospective followers.
As a result of this, she also said that her income has substantially increased, thanks to several thousand new subscribers she received in just a few days being exposed.
Before her name was on the news, she earned about $10,000 per month on OnlyFans.
Making use of the situation, she also doubled her subscription price.
"I do not regret joining OnlyFans. I know it can be taboo, or some people may believe that it is shameful, but I don't think sex work has to be shameful," Coppage said, adding that "I do just wish things just happened in a different way."
At heart, she still love her previous job, and only wished the best for the school.
"I don’t want the school to continue getting hate," she said. "I would like the education of students to be able to return to normal."
"They deserve to have a great year."
As for who leaked her alter ego, Coppage said that she has the slightest idea about if.
"I know for a fact that, one, students are not the ones who found it. They're not the ones who reported it. And they didn't see it until adults posted my link in a community group."
She also kind of believing that a video of her, with her husband, and two popular performers from the nearby area, may be the reason they were finally caught out.
In one of her videos, there is one that allegedly showed her having sex with her husband, while performing next to a couple who are also having sex.
It's also worth noting that she has distinctive tattoos. Besides the one she has one her lower right belly, next to her pubic bone, and the one strategically inked between her breasts, she also has a large tattoo on her right upper arm.
Before leaving, Coppage was in her second-year of teaching.
Later, it was revealed that Coppage performed a threesome on camera with podcaster Adam and his porn star wife Lena the Plug.
"I would say I've received like 10 per cent negativity. 90 per cent are just saying, 'Leave her alone. She's allowed to have a private life,'" she said.
As for Adam, he said that "teachers should be allowed to have an OnlyFans."
Before the podcast ends, Adam said to Coppage that what they were going to do will ensure that she will never be teaching again, in which Brianna seemingly agrees.

It's worth noting that Coppage's husband lost his job building power lines over the raunchy content as she too was initially put on leave before ultimately deciding to quit.
