Google is one of the largest company on the web. But just like any businesses out there, it started from zero.

Eric Schmidt, former CEO of Google and Executive Chairman of Alphabet, shared some of his words of wisdom to provide startups with the means to achieve exponential growth.

He shared his advice on how to grow startups from 0 to Google.

Smart people are usually those who have a highly developed IQ or Intelligence Quotient. And if those smart people want to be a good leaders, they also need to develop good EQ, or Emotional Quotient.

Good leaders generally have a proportional combination of those two intelligence. This concept has turned fashionable in management circles.

But according to Alibaba CEO and founder Jack Ma, there is what he calls "LQ."

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is everywhere. To name a few, there are on the web, on our handheld devices, on supercomputers, aviation, algorithmic trading, data mining, analysis, finance, hospitals and many more.

Just like other common people that live on the face of the Earth, we use the technology and get the benefits, although we don't actually see it.

The same goes with Elon Musk. The billionaire entrepreneur uses it. He needs it, but he's afraid of it.

The world has seen the internet that connects billions of devices. The world that was once too big for a person to handle, has become a lot smaller, thanks to the almost unlimited amount of information that are available at any given moment.

Information about practically anything, is just about a few taps away. Here we see that the mobile sphere is still evolving. And the only way it is going, is upwards.
