Instagram introduces new tools to allow users to control who can actually comment on their posts.
Previously, Instagram allowed either people to comment on others' posts, or none at all. With the update, users can limit comments to only those people that they follow, or people that are their followers.
Users can also block specific commenters as well. This is an additional update to Instagram's ability to automatically block offensive comment. This way, the platform is taking a step forward in making the app friendlier to user by shutting up trolls that annoy.
The feature to block certain offensive comments was initially available only in English. As of the update, Instagram is expanding the filter to more languages, including: Arabic, French, German and Portuguese.
The filter will improve over time, enabling the community’s experience of sharing to improve as well.

Instagram also allows users to anonymously report live videos to provide mental health resources to the broadcaster. So if users see other users going through a difficult time or in need of support during a live broadcast, they can report it anonymously.
The reported user will see a message offering information for calling 24-7 hotline, or even just texting a friend.

And for last, Instagram is also adding a set of heart-shaped stickers.
The features, and the stickers, are rolling out to every Instagram users around the globe.
