With the Gemini 2.5 integration, this AI Mode isn’t merely translated.

Instead, results are deeply localized, equipped with reasoning and multimodal understanding to serve nuanced, complex queries in users’ native languages. Users can deploy voice, image, or textual prompts and revel in search that understands context, intent, and culture.

This expansion follows Google’s carefully plotted global rollout: from experimental availability in March for Google One AI Premium users, then wider access in the U.S., India, and UK, culminating in today’s multilingual wave.
