On Twitter, Elon Musk Shows That He Fears Death After Russia Threatens Him

Elon Musk, the eccentric billionaire, the serial entrepreneur with a long list of companies under his command, is also the richest man on Earth.

For a long time, the man showed no fear.

He has gone against many governments, including the U.S. itself, do what he likes to do, and say whatever he has in his mind, with little to no filtering.

But this time, Musk is showing that he fears dying.

And he indirectly referred to that on Twitter.

Through his account, Musk said that Dmitry Olegovich Rogozin, a former Deputy Prime Minister of Russia and its space chief, has sent him a threat.

"@Rogozin sent this to Russian media," Musk wrote on Twitter on May 8. He then posted a screenshot of a text in Russian which would be the message sent to the Russian press by Rogozin.

"From the testimony of the captured chief of staff of the 36th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Dmitry Kormyankov, it follows that the ground-based subscriber equipment of the Starlink satellite company Elon Musk was delivered to the militants of the Nazi Azov Battalion and the Marines of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to Mariupol by military helicopters," Rogozin wrote.

"According to our information, the delivery and transfer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine of PO boxes for receiving and transmitting the Internet from Starlink was carried out by the Pentagon."

He therefore concludes that "Elon Musk is thus involved in the supply of fascist forces in Ukraine with military communications."

After that, the message threats the life of the Tesla and SpaceX CEO.

"And for this you will have to answer in an adult way, Elon, no matter how you turn on the fool."

On Telegram, Rogozin’s words were accompanied by a short clip of Musk jokingly posing in front of photographers as he arrived at the Met Gala in New York with his mother, Maye Musk.

Musk responded to this threat, saying with fear, jokingly, that if ever he dies " under mysterious circumstances, it’s been nice knowin ya."

"The word 'Nazi' doesn’t mean what he seems to think it does," he said in another tweet.

It all began when the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022.

Elon Musk was among the very first tech entrepreneurs who went vocal about being against the war, and started his support on Ukraine.

Not only did Musk clearly chose Kyiv instead of Moscow, but he also sent Starlink terminals when Ukraine Minister asked for his help.

The satellite connection service he provided through his aerospace company SpaceX, not only allows Ukrainians to independently access the internet, but it also allows the Ukrainian government to keep in touch with other countries.

During its first and second batch, Starlink terminals were primarily used in areas that were bombed by Russians, as well as on remote areas where internet connection is difficult.

But more importantly, Musk's Starlink helps the Ukrainians in the war against Russia.

Musk knew that this would anger Moscow, but he couldn't be more careless.

In fact, he even challenged President Putin by proposing a duel with him to end this war.

"I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat. Stakes are Ukraine," Musk said in a tweet, spelling out Putin's name and Ukraine in Russian.

"Do you agree to this fight?" he asked (in Russian) in another tweet, which he tagged @KremlinRussia_E, the official account of the Russian President.

Throughout the weeks that past, Musk received huge support from Ukrainian, as well as earning criticism from some Putin loyalists who have called him names.

Nothing budged Musk, as he continued his Twitter tweet spree.

But this time, the threat has dread even the almighty Elon Musk.

Many responded to Musk's tweet with support, with many suggesting that he ramps up his security, and with many others saying that the world and humanity needs him.

And amusingly, Elon Musk's mother, Maye Musk, showed that this is "not funny."
