Turkey’s Taekwondo Athletes Allegedly Caught In A Gangbang After A Selfie Photo Leaked To The Internet

Members of the Turkish national taekwondo squad have allegedly being caught in a scandal, after a photo of them participating in a group sex was leaked to the internet.

The photo in question, five men are seen naked, one of whom is seen in the middle of an intercourse with a woman.

In the alleged gangbang selfie, it is said that the woman is also reportedly a taekwondo athlete for the women's team.

According to reports, the photo could have been taken during the World Taekwondo Europe (WTE) European Championships in Kazan, Russia, where the Turkish team finished second after winning three gold, four silver and two bronze medals.

The viral image has caused an uproar in Turkey.

Many internet users expressed their disgust, and some called for the five men and the woman allegedly involved to be punished.

Initially, the Turkish national taekwondo federation has neither confirmed nor denied their athletes’ involvement in the incident.

The federation only later said that they are not connected with their activities, and that they said national team camps is an act of the people. They also said that the allegedly alleged athlete is out of place, and that the people who are in the photo aren't athletes.

The federation however condemned the bad and malicious reports that have harmed the public of the entire Taekwondo community.

And lastly, the federation also said that they have instituted criminal and legal proceedings against the individuals and organizations that publish, distribute and report the news of all these unfounded reports.

In the World Taekwondo Europe (WTE) European Championships in Kazan, Tatarstan, in southwestern Russia, the Turkish team scored second place by capturing a total of nine medals.

Twenty-two athletes, including nine men, represented Turkey at the championships.

Turkey came in first in the women's category and second in the general category.

Turkey's Rukiye Yildirim, Irem Yaman, and Nafia Kus won gold medals, while Hakan Recber, Hatice Kubra Ilgun, Muhammed Emin Yildiz and Nur Tatar Askari won silvers.

In the championships, Deniz Dagdelen and Sude Bulut came in third in their respective men's and women's categories.
