Sometimes in life, people can have one thing, but not the other thing.
It's either this or that.
For Anthony Ammirati, the French athlete who specializes in pole vaulting, competing in 2024 Paris Summer Olympics is to win the Olympics medal and be the champion to represent his country.
But to him apparently, the choice he has was to either win an Olympics medal, or have a big penis.
Ammirati qualified for being an Olympian at the 2024 Olympics Games, however, he failed to advance to the finals when the 2003-born athlete knocked down the crossbar with his penis.
If only his penis was smaller, he could've easily clear the bar.

Ammirati has a long list of achievements under his belt.
He broke a national record for under-20 when he vaulted 5.72 meters in Salon-de-Provence, and that he was the gold medalist at the U20 European championships in Tallinn with a jump of 5.64 meters. Ammirati was the world champion when he vaulted 5.65 meters during the U2- world championship in Cali.
He continued breaking his own records when he vaulted 5.75 meters, and later, 5.81 meters.
In fact, he was the second pole vaulters in history who have ever vaulted 6.05 meter, after Armand Duplantiss.
With those achievements, Ammirati is a pride to his country.

Ammirati qualified for the 2024 Summer Olympics; however, he failed to advance to the finals on 3 August, when it appeared that his manhood interfered with his jump and clipped the crossbar.
So here, in his case for sure, bigger is definitely not better.
The video and the image of the incident spread on social media, and sooner than later, Ammirati's penis became a hot topic of conversation.
But what's worth noting here, Ammirati's bulge had nothing to do with him failing the jump.
Analysts suggest that he first hit the bar with his shins, followed by his knees.
But it was his penis that knocked the bar, and to most fans and spectators, nothing else matters.
It's his pole that hits another pole, that made him lost his grasp of a medal that was just within reach.
His Olympics dream abruptly ended, all because he couldn't tuck everything away neatly.
Ammirati, who has expressed his disappointment in not qualifying for the final of the Olympics in Paris.
"I’m a bit gutted because I didn’t miss anything on the third attempt at 5.70m. What I did miss was a bit of jumping in training to fine-tune the settings. Just a technical session," he said about the loss.
A lot of people feel for him, expressing their sadness about Ammirati losing his medal.
But for Ammirati, apparently, not all is lost.

This is because following this, Ammirati was offered $250,000 by the pornographic website CamSoda.
Ammirati is asked to create a webcam show, and needs to only perform for 60 minutes to earn that much money.
"If it were up to me, I’d award you for what everyone else saw, your talent below the belt," said CamSoda’s Vice President, Daryn Parker, who hopes to Ammirati a chance to make use of his unusually-gained fame.
"As a lover of crotch-centric activities, I’d love to offer you up to $250,000 in exchange for a 60-minute webcam show, in which you show off your goods minus the crossbar, of course," his letter to Ammirati reads.
"Although you didn't bring home the gold medal, you can still capture the gold from your fans via CamSoda — that has to count for something, right? Plus, you won't have those restrictive compression shorts holding you back, so feel free to let it all out and show the world why you should have your own Olympic competition next time around."
Regardless of his decision, and despite his penis has cut his time at the Olympics short, the athlete has remained a good sport.
He even poked fun at the whole ordeal and engaging with his new fans on TikTok.
Ammirati is one of the few Olympians at the Paris Olympics Games who went viral on the internet for doing or having unique incidents. Besides Ammirati, the most notable Olympian would be the internet sensation Yusuf Dikeç, the Turkish sport shooter competing in the pistol events.
