King Charles' Anger With Camilla Went Viral Because Netizens Consider It Something They Can Relate To

The lives of the royals are identical with power and wealth. Not only that, because monarchy tends to have a long history that spans for generations, making things the royals do a duty to their country.

While most people would certainly look up, and expect the royals to have lives that are beyond their wildest imaginations, sometimes, small incidents show that behind the thrones and the titles, the royals are actual human beings.

And being human means that they do and respond to things just like normal people.

The same goes to Charles III, the King of the United Kingdom and the 14 other Commonwealth realms.

During a walkabout at Wrexham in Wales, Charles and Camilla greeted members of the public in the city center.

But the King appeared to be frustrated as the Queen Consort lagged behind him.

At that time, both Charles and Camilla carried out a series of engagements during their visit to Wrexham.

The King and Queen Consort met Hollywood actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney as they paid a visit to the Welsh city's football club owned by the stars.

The royals also met Wrexham AFC players and staff as well as the co-chairmen during a tour of the Racecourse Ground.

Charles and Camilla then met Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford and other dignitaries before moving into St Giles' Church for a service to mark Wrexham becoming a city.

It was during their walkabout after arriving at the church in city center, where hundreds of well-wishers lined the streets to greet the royal couple despite the freezing temperatures, that the King appeared to be angry.

At first, the King joked that they all needed a "stiff drink" because of the weather.

But at one point, caught on camera, the King also asked his aides to retrieve Camilla who had fallen behind as they went on an impromptu walkabout in between royal engagements.

"Can we try and get her back again? Please. We need to go. I was trying to wait for her but she goes on."

The video of the angry King and the frustrated look on his face that was posted on Twitter prompted a string of comments from users.

Many branded them a "typical married couple," and that the King's attitude towards his Queen, is "cute and relatable," and "typical of any married couple!"

"This is my Husband, daily!" said another, and another user wrote that "Kings… at the end of the day, they’re just like every other husband."

"Men of a certain age will totally relate to this," said another Twitter, user, with the next saying that " [...] every single man when about and about with their spouse/partner there… "

" [...] they are like any couple. God save the King Charles lll and the Queen Camilla," said another.

"I think this is sweet and funny, just shows that he is human like the rest of us," said another user.

This incident followed the "pen incidents," which happened when Charles stepped into the role of head of the Royal Family back in September 2022, shortly after his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, died.

During the signing ceremony at Hillsborough Castle, the Royal Family’s home in Northern Ireland, the King was seen getting annoyed.

In a video that also went viral, he was seen asking what the date was, before confirming he had written the wrong date.

After that, the pen burst its ink to the page and his hand.
