People are inherently drawn to big numbers. There’s something undeniably captivating about them — they feel extravagant, powerful, and just a little bit unattainable.
Whether it's millions of followers, billions in valuation, or thousands of horsepower, big numbers make a statement. They don’t whisper; they shout. They carry an emotional weight, triggering awe, curiosity, and even a touch of envy. In the digital age, where attention is currency, scale has become a symbol of success.
Big numbers serve as modern social proof. The higher the count, the more important something seems.
But for Annie Knight, numbers also mean a different thing.
After seeing the likes of Bonnie Blue and Lily Phillips, each of whom claimed to have slept with hundreds of men, in one day, Annie, a woman who claims to be the "Most Sexually Active Woman in Australia," thought that she had to do something about this.
The aftermath however, wasn't that pretty.
Annie Knight had challenged herself to sleep with 365 people in 2023. In 2024, she said she succeeded with that goal, and decided to "level up” and slept with 600 people throughout the year.
In 2025, things have been quite different.
Bonnie, for example, claimed to have slept with 1057 men in 12 hours.
With her peers ramping up the numbers, Annie, who is also an OnlyFans model, revealed that she was hospitalized two days after completing a challenge where she had sex with 583 men in six hours.
Despite describing the experience as the "best day of my life," the stress of the activity took a toll on her body.
"It’s just sort of gotten to the point now where my body has gone, ‘Hey, high cortisol can’t function,'" she said in an interview, published on May 21.
"Basically making my endometriosis worse, as well as we know that hormonal imbalances can cause irregular and heavy periods. So unfortunately, that’s just what I’ve been dealing with since."
Endometriosis is a condition where tissue that is similar to the inner lining of the uterus grows outside of it.
"I'm not doing very well," she said. "I've been bleeding a lot since the challenge. It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut."
"I’ll definitely survive," she added, "but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment."
Before the sex marathon began, Annie, whose previous record was 24 men in a day, admitted she was "a little bit worried" that she was "gonna really struggle with it."
However, she said that the experience was "fine," adding that she was "shocked by how easy it was."

But since there was more where that came from, a human body seemingly unable to tolerate such act in quick succession.
"In all my videos, I was very honest about the fact that I was feeling fine before, during and after," she explained. "So the actual physical side of the challenge wasn’t so much the problem. It was more like the after effects of, I guess, the amount of stress I put on myself."
In short, after finishing her six-hour bedroom marathon May 18, she noticed she was experiencing some "bleeding."
She said that her body "just hit a wall" and got "burnt out," which ultimately led to her hospitalization.
"The prognosis is good," Annie noted, "and it looks like I’m going to have to take a week off, try and relax a little bit, sit out in the sun, just take it easy for a little while. But I’ll definitely be okay. I’m not letting this slow me down."
"I guess 583 guys in a day isn't that good for you," the influencer wrote over a May 20 selfie posted to her Instagram Stories.
In a following clip, she showed herself lying in a hospital room with her arms hooked up to vital signs monitors, quipping, “Being hospitalized after taking 583 [men] in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.”
It's worth noting that Annie is engaged with her fiancé, Henry Brayshaw, who knew everything about it.
"He was actually at work the day of the event, but he called me in the morning, wished me luck, said, ‘Make us proud. Have fun. Be safe,’" Annie said.
"And then called me the night of and was like, ‘How was it?’ And I told him all about it."
Knight said that Brayshaw, to whom she got engaged in March, was "just really stoked" that she "went above and beyond" her initial goal.
She planned of having 200 men showing up to the event, but instead received over 2,000 registrations.
"He was proud of me for completing it, because I think he was a bit worried that I wouldn’t be able to and that I’d be upset that I couldn’t do it," she said.
"He was just really happy for me."
As for the men she bedded with, Annie said that they were "really great."
In fact, some of them had reached out to her afterward after the event to express their appreciation.
Sexual activity, including intercourse, is a natural and fundamental aspect of human life. While it plays a central role in reproduction, it also contributes to physical pleasure, emotional closeness, and the deepening of bonds between individuals.
For Annie, as well as Bonnie and Lily, the big numbers on how many men they managed to bed in one session go beyond credibility.
Besides having a certain thrill in scale, the numbers are like status symbols. They suggest reach, influence, and dominance. They tap into our human desire to be part of something grand, to associate ourselves with success and power.
Since the world is already saturated with noise, the biggest numbers are often the loudest signal.
For what it's worth, the women managed to earn a living, and even more.
Annie said that among other things, she also bought her "dream house."
