Google releases the fourth update to its Penguin algorithm (aka. Penguin 2.0). Matt Cutts, Head of Google's Webspam team, announced the new Penguin update during This Week in Google (Episode #199). Google didn't announce the versions of the previous Penguins. The former updates where "data refreshes" for the original Penguin. The fourth release is a major change that Google referred to it as Penguin 2.0 internally.
The fourth update goes deeper than the original Penguin, and is expected to create further impact to those that are not affected by previous releases of Penguins.
