Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning are two of the biggest topics in the tech world. Here, Google is looking to get more people into the field by providing them access to more information, courses, tutorials, resources and more.
Previously, Google has been pursuing AI education for a while, both with serious projects like TensorFlow and playful projects like cat doodles and a machine vision experiment. These are meant to showcase the capabilities of AI, making people understand the subjects in more practical ways.
Going on with the attempt, 'Learn with Google AI' website is Google's way in serving a repository for machine learning and AI. The site is meant to be a hub for those who are looking and eager to learn about machine learning technologies.
The site also features a free training course called Machine Learning Crash Course (MLCC).
MLCC course is based off an internal Google course that was originally designed to give Google employees a practical introduction to AI and machine learning fundamentals, as part of a 2-day boot camp aimed at exposing more engineers to machine learning.
The highlight here is that Google is making MLCC available to everyone through the Learn with Google AI website, providing exercises, interactive visualizations, and instructional videos to help teach machine learning concepts.
With hours of training materials, the course is packed with interactive lessons, lectures from Google researchers, and over 40 exercises.
The course should appeal all levels of AI enthusiasts, from researchers looking for advanced tutorials to beginners. But primarily, it's designed with newcomers with no machine learning experience at all, although Google does recommend that course takers should have at least understand intro-level algebra and some proficiency in programming basics and Python.

Since AI and machine learning are growing, Google is transitioning into the trend. Providing courses to people is its initiative to widely open up this technology to more people.
'Learn with Google AI' here, was originally announced at the 2017's I/O developer conference, and the MLCC is the first of what Google intends to be many courses and resources available through the hub, with more to come.
