One of the standout features of RunwayML is its Gen-4 model, which allows users to generate consistent characters, locations, and objects across scenes.

This capability enables creators to maintain coherence in their projects without the need for extensive fine-tuning or additional training. The Gen-4 model utilizes visual references combined with instructions to create new images and videos, providing unprecedented creative freedom.

Not only that, because Runway is also bring its Gen-4 Image Turbo to all web users.

This model allows them to generate new images in 10 seconds or less, while costing 2.5-4x less than non-turbo. Despite being lightweight, this model achieves a 93.3% quality Dreambench++ Score compared to standard Gen-4 Image generations.

"Turbo is perfect for rapid visual iteration, experimentation and creative exploration. Also available via the Runway API," said Runway.

And since users may have their own preferences, Runway said that users can select third party models they want to use directly within Chat Mode. This should allow users to choose different models to better solve certain tasks.

Among our first integrations, is Google's formidable Veo 3.

Users can choose 'All' from the model selector menu, to let Chat Mode choose the best model for the task at hand.

Also in Chat Mode, Runway can now offer side-by-side view that shows generated results as a feed directly beside the ongoing chat.

"This allows you to create multiple generations at once within a single conversation," explained Runway.

Additionally, RunwayML's platform supports real-time collaboration, allowing teams to work together seamlessly on projects. This feature is particularly beneficial for remote teams and freelancers, as it facilitates efficient communication and project management.
