The Donald Trump - Stormy Daniels Scandal: Between Money And A 'Toadstool' Penis

Having sex with a porn star is a fan's dream. And the 45th U.S. President, Donald Trump, is apparently a fan.

Trump strongly denied that he had an affair with adult film star Stormy Daniels as he was facing a potential indictment for paying money to keep their affair quiet. He decried New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg for investigating the payment, and also criticized the U.S. Department of Justice.

"The district attorney of New York under the auspices and direction of the Department of Injustice in Washington, DC, was investigating me for something that is not a crime, not a misdemeanor, not an affair," he said.

During his first major campaign rally in Waco, Texas, he used the moment to insult Daniels.

Trump continued by saying that even if he cheated, Daniels would not be the person he would choose over his former First Lady Melania Trump.

"That would not be the one," he said. "There is no one. We have a great First Lady."

He wrote on TRUTH Social: "I did absolutely nothing wrong, I never had an affair with Stormy Daniels, nor would I have wanted to have an affair with Stormy Daniels."

It all began back in October 2016, before the U.S. presidential election.

At that time, Donald Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, allegedly paid Daniels $130,000 in hush money to deny that she had an affair with Trump in 2006.

To receive the money, Daniels had to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Things were quiet, until January 12, 2018, when The Wall Street Journal reported that Cohen paid Daniels to stop her discussing the affair she allegedly had with Trump, including the sex.

At first, Cohen denied Trump had the alleged affair and sought to suppress the allegation based on the NDA. However, he publicly acknowledged making the payment about a month later.

Trump and his spokespeople have also denied the affair and accused Daniels of lying.

But people don't buy it.

What's a concern here is that, besides the allegations of the affair itself, the acknowledged payment raised legal and ethical questions as to whether the payment violated federal campaign finance laws, either because the payment was not duly disclosed as a campaign contribution or because campaign funds may have been used towards the payment.

Cohen said that he paid Daniels with his own money, not as a campaign contribution; and that neither The Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign reimbursed him for making it.

Trump also said that he had no knowledge of Cohen's payment; but later, admitted for the first time that Cohen represented him in "the Stormy Daniels deal," and that another of Trump lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, said that Trump had reimbursed Cohen for the payment.

Then, in 2018, Daniels filed a lawsuit against Trump, in which she said that NDA she signed in reference to the alleged affair was invalid because Trump had never personally signed it. The suit also alleged that Trump's attorney had been trying to intimidate Daniels and "scare her into not talking".

As a result, people began speaking about the alleged affair, and making quite a lot of fuss on the internet and social media.

In what is alleged a three-minutes of sex, has become a sprawling scandal which threatens to lead to the first-ever indictment of a former U.S. president.

In 2006, Trump was still a prominent businessman, a silk-pajama-clad, 60-year-old man.

Following the revelation, he allegedly had the three minutes of sex with 27-year-old porn star Stormy Daniels at a Lake Tahoe, Nevada, which happened following a celebrity golf tournament.

In a book, she spoke about the embarrassing details about her relationship with Trump.

For example, Daniels said that Trump proudly showed her a photo of his wife Melania, and 4-month-old son Barron, right before they had sex.

Daniels also said that Trump and Melanie Trump have been sleeping apart.

In her Full Disclosure memoir, Daniels said that the intimate encounter happened in Trump's hotel room.

“I said, ‘You’re married," Daniels recalled. "What would your wife think of you being here with me?"

"'Oh don’t worry about that’", Daniels quoted Trump. "'It’s not a big deal, anyway we have separate bedrooms'."

Daniels then went on with even more details.

She said that before sex, she went to the bathroom, and found Trump's tweezers and nail clippers, all made of gold. But for his hair, Daniels said that Trump was only using a cheap two-in-one shampoo and conditioner.

After she was done, she came out of the bathroom to only find Trump sitting on the bed in his pants, jumper and socks, "like he had tried out different poses."

"'Come here'," she recalled Trump's invitation to have sex.

And more, Daniels even described how the sex was with the 45th U.S. President.

"He knows he has an unusual penis. It has a huge mushroom head. Like a toadstool." adding that she was there annoyed, and "getting f***ed by a guy with Yeti pubes and a d*** like the mushroom character in Mario Kart."

Trump's manhood, according to Daniels, is also smaller than average.

She detailed this in an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

After Trump was done having unprotected sex with Daniels, he said to Daniels: “Oh, that was just great. I’m gonna call you, I’m gonna call you. I have to see you again. You’re amazing. We have to get you on ‘The Apprentice.’”

And commenting about how the sex was, she said that it was a total opposite of what Trump experienced.

She said that it was the "least impressive sex" she’s ever had.

"I was lying down on the bed with him on top of me, naked. There was no foreplay and it was one position. Missionary. We kissed and his hard, darting tongue pushed in and out of my mouth," she said.

"He’s even a terrible kisser."

During the sex scandal, whereas Trump calls her "Horse Face," and had used the insult repeatedly, Daniels nicknames him "Tiny."

In her memoir, Stormy Daniels also recalled how she was sexually assaulted by a neighbor from the age of nine. And by the age of 17, she was already working at a local strip club.

Later, she went to get a breast enlargement, in order to increase her earning potentials, to only got tricked.

She was horrified to wake up from the operation to discover that the surgeon ignored her request to go up one cup size, and instead super-sized them.

Daniels had appeared in about 150 adult films, and was considered among the industry’s biggest stars. She was making around making £7,000 a month when she first met Donald Trump.

In an interview with 60 Minutes, Daniels said that she and Trump only had sex once.

Responding to how Trump could be jailed over this $130,000 hush money, Daniels said that she vowed to "dance down the street" if that ever happens.

On March 30th, Donald Trump was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury for his alleged role in a scandal stemming from hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels prior to the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

Trump, who resides in Florida, traveled to New York City on April 3, and stayed at his home at Trump Tower. The next day, on April 4th, he left his home at Trump Tower shortly after 13:00 local time, waving his hands to his fans and the cameras, before getting into his car.

He was driven in a motorcade for about 6 kilometers from Trump Tower to the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse. The proceedings were behind closed doors for security.

"Seems so SURREAL -- WOW, they are going to ARREST ME," the former U.S. President said in a post on his social media site.

In what makes this case the first U.S. president to be indicted, Trump faces 34 charges of falsifying business records in the first degree. The charges are related to Trump's payment to Daniels as hush money, which could be considered a violation of campaign finance rules under the federal law because it helped his election bid.

Trump denies all of them.

After the first court session which was about an hour long, Donald Trump made his way out of the courthouse just after 15:30 pm local time, before returning to Florida.

He is set to return to court on December.

Then, in an unexpected turn of event, on the same day that a Manhattan court arraigned Trump on 34 charges related to alleged hush money payments to Daniels to cover up a purported affair between the two, Trump secured a legal victory against Daniels.

Daniels was ordered to pay more than $121,000 to the attorneys of Trump, by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in California.

What this means, Daniels literally lost the defamation case against him.

The adult film star is already paying over $500,000 in court-ordered payments to Trump attorneys.

The announcement was made by Eric Trump, before Donald Trump attorney Harmeet Dhillon of the Dhillon Law Group took it to Twitter to share a copy of the order.

"Congratulations to President Trump on this final attorney fee victory in his favor this morning," she tweeted.

It's worth noting though, that the civil litigation is officially unrelated to Trump's arrest and charges filed against him in New York.
