Egg Gang is not the only account to have attempted to gather a mass number of Likes or followers with just a simple post.

Previously, Half an Onion on Twitter has gotten itself more than 600,000 followers in a sole attempt to overtake the popularity of Donald Trump’s account. And following Egg Gang's post, there are numerous other Instagram accounts that post similar photograph in an attempt to quickly gain followers.

Surpassing Jenner's post, this means that Egg Gang's post also surpassed the likes of Justin Bieber's engagement photo to Hailey Baldwin, Beyonce's pregnancy announcement, and Kim Kardashian's wedding photo with Kanye West.
