Fillers in cosmetics, particularly in aesthetic dermatology, are substances injected into the skin to reduce wrinkles, enhance facial features, and restore lost volume.
Nothing unusual, and people have been injecting this substance under their skin to various degrees, to various results.
But nothing is enough, before it's enough, because sometimes, something can never be enough.
Anastasia Pokreshchuk, a model from Ukraine, is the holder of the title "biggest cheeks in the world."
And this time, she unveiled her new cosmetic implants which have left her social media followed stunned.
This is because Anastasia is showing off her new looks, claiming that she has just finished a procedure, which injected even more filler to her cheeks.
As a result, her cheeks are fuller than ever, and a lot more pronounced that ever before.
Anastasia Pokreshchuk has continuously wowed fans with her huge cheeks, and once admitted that she has been getting filler in her cheeks since she was 26, and said she quickly "fell in love" with the way they made her look.
"I love them, I want them to look like this and I'm very happy. I regularly inject other parts of my face myself," she said.
"I understand that they look weird for other people but I don't mind."
This time, the 33-year-old woman looks pretty much unrecognizable, especially if comparing to her former self.
In her 20s, before spending an initial £1,500 on fillers, the Kyiv-born model used to have a slender face and curly hair.
But due to her way-too-many filler injections, which she has lost count, she is left with extremely protruding cheeks.
She did this in an attempt to maintain her title for having the world’s biggest cheeks.
And if that isn't enough, Anastasia previously revealed that she sometimes injects fillers in her face herself.
"It can be dangerous but I do it with doctors and now I'm learning cosmetology in an online school," she said.
Besides her obsession and addiction with having big cheeks, Anastasia also has veneers, breast implants and has had Botox injected into her forehead.
More recently, she claimed it was difficult to find the "biggest implants" as the larger breast size is "not produced anymore" in Turkey.
Being different means that Anastasia is getting a lot of attention.
Not only in real life, but also on social media, when she said she has received hateful messages on social media.
"I've had people tell me I am an ugly bitch and that I should kill myself but when I see it I just laugh it off and ignore it," she said.
But being different also means that she has quite a lot of fans, and many of those fans worry that she's gone too far.
It's because of her fans, that the model continues sharing her surgery fueled life, adding that she receives "compliments all day" for her lips too.
