The 64-year-old woman made a video of herself, in a "scary" look with red hair and no eyebrows.
"Have you ever been punched in your motherf–king face?” the 1958-born singer rapped, as she showed off her transformation while angrily lip-syncing to the song "Vent" by Kendrick Lamar and Baby Keem.
"What you say? Oh, you haven’t? Alright, wait."
With her dyed hair in tight plaits and her eyebrows bleached, she rocked a a figure-hugging corset and dark unbuttoned skinny jeans.
In the video, she is also seen wearing thick silver chains to match her teeth grills.
Before this, Madonna has caused quite a stir when she appeared way younger than her age, and among others, also include when she created NFTs modelled on her vagina.
But this time, the Like A Virgin singer's video was met with confusion by fans, because many thought the "Madonna" they know is now long gone.
At 64-years-old, a fan of her commented she she still "behave like a feral teenager," and another said that she simply couldn't "age gracefully."
Other said that Madonna was once "beautiful and talented," but this time, "she looks like Chucky."
Many called her to stop, because "this woman has lost all of her mind. Time to retire."
Some others who idolized her growing up, said that she is "getting dark and concerning now," with some worried that the woman is trying to hard to remain relevant in the modern world of internet where TikTok dominates youngsters.
"Something went wrong with this lady," added another.
However, fans of Madonna came to her defense, saying that she has the very right to do whatever she likes, because she's Madonna, and the constant change of her appearance has long been part of her work.
