In the internet world that is literally powered by social media, a perfect picture is high in demand.
Generally, the people at large want to look good in their each and every post. Whereas men flex their muscles and such, women show off their curves and flawless skin. A lot of people also flaunt their (or someone else's) wealth, their flamboyant lifestyle, expensive hobbies, and more.
These people would go to great length for a perfect photo.
Along the way, these led to the rise of social media influencers.
Khloé Alexandra Kardashian is an American media personality, socialite and model. She rose to fame starring with her family in the reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. As an influencer, she is amongst the top of the food chain
Because of that, she needs to look good on social media every single time, because both her life and her work depends on it.

And one apparent mistake led to a disaster for the 1984-born star.
Over the weekend, an unedited photo of Khloé Kardashian surfaced on the internet after a member of her team mistakenly published it.
In the aftermath, it only took mere seconds if not minutes before her millions of followers realized what's wrong.
The unedited and unfiltered photo of Khloé in her bikini, show how 'human' she is.
Just like pretty much many women out there in the world, Khloé is a woman who deals with cellulite, and uneven skin that is apparent on her crotch and armpit.
Soon after the team realized the mishap, the social media representatives quickly send reports to Instagram, insisting that they need to prevent the photo from ever being reuploaded.
Khloé "completely lost it" and wanted it taken down "as soon as possible."
She was freaking out and within minutes the photo already began circulating everywhere, a source said.
Khloé became emotional and "embarrassed" as she "knew this was going to be a big deal."
The Kardashians’ crisis management team desperately attempted to completely remove the snap from the internet - even sending out "legal threats" to take down the bikini shot.
After this, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit were all alerted about the image amid claims that reposting it may be a copyright infringement.
Long story short, Khloé's team worked hard to take the photo down, and ensure that it doesn't get reposted, let alone go viral.
But this is a herculean feat, even by a Kardashian's standards, since the internet never forgets.
Once something is uploaded, especially from a popular social media account, it's next to impossible to not leave track.
Because of this, the picture of the 36-year-old in a leopard-print string bikini continued to be widely shared on the internet.

Khloé Kardashian and her team had to work so hard for just one photo, simply because she (and her family members) have beauty standards that influenced pretty much everything from make-up, to clothes, to plastic surgery.
Undoubtedly, the family has pressures that come with their line of work.
As a socialite and a social media personality, Khloé is selling a picture-perfect world, and to ensure a perfect post requires work and dedication.
From heavy use of editing tools, like Adobe Photoshop, filters and such, photos of the Kardashians can be altered so much.
And in this case, the unedited photo of Khloé makes her unrecognizable.
To many people, Khloé is indeed a beautiful woman.
Despite being in her 30s, and being a proud mother, she still flaunts flat abs many people would die for.
Though many fans appeared shocked by the rare unedited glimpse at the Kim Kardashian sister, a lot gushed how “beautiful” Khloe looked, and how "naturally" attractive she is. Some even said that she "doesn’t need Photoshop" to look good.
But for a world-class celebrity, the desire to alter photos is bewildering.
While many know this and praised her, the high demand for perfection forced Khloé to not be so proud of her body, and panicked to get her unedited image deleted from internet history.
Despite the body positivity and confidence movements, the society still tells people that "some bodies are better than others."

Khloé has more than one hundred million followers on Instagram alone, and at that height, she is responsible for delivering the right message to her audience.
And as a member of the Kardashians, they speak of being “proud" of their bodies and curves.
While many people do use editing tools and filters, and many in the audience know that what they see aren't the truth, that many people love being lied. In the social media world, the edited, despite all of its fakery, is more welcomed that the unedited.
As a woman, Khloé competes with a bunch of other women in an unimaginable – and unrealistic – beauty standards that are placed upon them every day.
For Khloé and those people, it’s a profitable business.
Trying to be perfect casts self-doubt which plagues these people's minds and bodies.
This is why the unedited photo of Khloé shows the dangers of social media, and how things can be depressing to some people.
