OnlyFans was not originally meant to be a place where porn stars and other amateur models post nudity and engage in sex acts.
OnlyFans was launched in November 2016, but it only became increasingly focused on not safe for work (NSFW) content and "gained a pop culture reputation for being a hive of pornography," after it was acquired by Ukrainian-American businessman Leonid Radvinsky, owner of MyFreeCams, an adult webcam community.
Since then, the rest is history, because OnlyFans is then famous for being used for pornography, and adult content creators, both amateur and professional, who can earn money from users who subscribe to their content.
And Michelle Comi is one of those content creators.
Comi has been a model on the platform, posting raunchy content for her fans. But this time, she went too far.
This is because it's realized that Comi has created an X-rated video with a minor.
It started when Michelle Comi, one of Italy's breakout stars on the adult platform, launched a competition where she gave one of her subscribers an opportunity to meet her in person.
Not only that, the lucky individual is also given a chance to film a racy video with her.
This is certainly a dream come true to many of her Onlyfans subscribers.
"I made a selection and we recorded the video," she explained on TikTok.
"I had to choose a guy from my subscribers to record the video with. After several selections I chose and met him."
The thing is, Comi said that she didn't know the fan was actually a minor when she filmed the video.
This happened because she trusted him, and that nothing was signed before hand.
"Everything went well, we shot the video, but I hadn't gotten him to sign the paperwork yet," Comi explained, saying that she didn't realize the fan she'd chosen hadn't yet turned 18 and "went a little on trust" rather than going through the certainly to make sure what she was doing was legal.
"He skipped his year of birth, 2005," she continued.
As a result of this underage exploitation, the OnlyFans model landed herself in hot water after she filmed an X-rated scene with the young boy.
She could also be in serious trouble, and marked as a pedophile, or a sexual predator.
Comi may have made one of the biggest mistakes of her life.
Fortunately, the video was yet to be released to the internet, and because of that, she could stop it from being distributed.
"For obvious reasons [the fan being under 18], the video cannot be distributed. In fact, it really shouldn't exist. And indeed it was cancelled," Comi said. "It was my fault, I should have made him sign everything sooner, but being the first time I've done it, I went a little on trust."
Since the show must go on, the adult film star added she is looking for someone new to make the X-rated film with, and ended by saying she hoped her sexual encounter was worth it, and even hoped that the fan had fun.
"I'm looking for a partner again now. The boy got smart, but I hope he at least enjoyed himself," she laughed.
OnlyFans has seen a lot of kinds of sex acts and nudity from heterosexual content creators, to homosexual, transgender, and anything in between.
Michelle Comi, an Italian OnlyFans star, ended up picking a fan that is actually underage, and this should raise the alarm.
But in this case, Comi managed to go off the hook, because the age of consent in Italy is 14.
What this means, the boy Comi was with, is at the age at which he is considered to be legally competent to consent to sexual acts. Reaching that age in Italy means that the Italian boy is legally permitted to engage in sexual activity.
And what this also means, Comi is not regarded as an offender.
Just like anything else, sex tapes, are always high on demand. Because of this, many internet users starting sharing what they think is the sex tape, and many of those videos have went viral on several platforms.
Many people, as well as websites, reportedly shared fake videos of her, because like previously mentioned, the video does not exist on the internet because Comi never uploaded it in the first place.
Comi started her OnlyFans account after quitting her admin job at the Cancer Institute in Milan, where she said she was making €1400 a month.
Comi hinted that she makes way a lot more money by becoming a model at OnlyFans.
"I prefer not to say, but it doesn't compare to my salary in the hospital," she said.
"It's not easy to accept it, my mother didn't like it," she added. "But it is useless to forbid things to children. Sure, you have to be ready, we live in an old-fashioned society. Girls, be prepared for insults."
Later, Comi was spotted with porn star Daddy Bunny in what was described as a "joke" video, creating a sex tape in a supermarket.
