Unicosobreviviente, The Viral TikTok 'Time Traveler From 2027'

27/11/2021

The internet has transferred more information and data in two decades, than humanity did throughout its existence before the internet.

And apparently, social media networks contributed to that fact.

This is because through social media networks, powered by the internet, people have the ability to voice their thoughts, reach people beyond their borders, crossing half way across the globe, in near light speed.

And in TikTok, a person appeared to be communicating from the future.

From 2027 to be exact.

The alleged time traveler goes by the username @unicosobreviviente and only provided his first name—Javier.

Javier posted his first video on TikTok in February 2021, which showed scenes throughout the city of Valencia, Spain.

Clothing stores are filled with neatly stacked items for sale, cars are parked along clean city streets, and buildings appear to be in good condition.

The shopping venues, landmark places, and even the sky, everything look relatively normal.

That, except for one fact: everything appears to be completely empty of people.

No people walking down the streets, no onlookers, no one shopping, nobody seems to be there.

In the video, which has been viewed by millions of people, the alleged time traveler said that by 2027, humanity will have gone extinct.

"Nobody in shopping malls...nobody on the streets," describes the translation of the text within the video.

"I keep trying to find human life. I'm starting to lose hope," Javier added in a later video.

"Waking up, everything changes place," said Javier in the comment section. "I am trapped between 2021 and 2027. I am in a world parallel to yours."

Of course, TikTok users took his claims with a grain of salt.

Many who commented on this videos, asked Javier to prove his claims, like posting things that correspond to the current times. Those who are not convinced that what Javier said is real, have been flooding his videos with comments challenging the claims made about the future.

For example, if Javier is really the last human on Earth in 2027, why is there electricity? How is the landscape remains perfect? And above all, how can this Javier communicates from the future, using TikTok, using the same internet as everyone else?

Many have been asking Javier to go live on either TikTok or Instagram to give definitive proof.

People simply believe that Javier was only visiting places when they were quiet, or edited the videos to make them people-less.

Some suggested that Javier recorded the videos from back during 'COVID-19' coronavirus lockdown when lot less people were out.

It should be noted that Javier's username "unicosobreviviente," which is in Spanish, translates to "only survivor." His bio, which is also written in Spanish, reads "My name is Javier and I am alone in the world."

In other words, his account his meant to showcase that, and his posts were shared only for that purpose.

Javier is not the first instance of TikTok users claiming to be time travelers.

Another popular TikTok "time traveler" was @2029man, who claimed to be "The Messenger." He said that he was sent back in time as "punishment." His videos feature outlandish claims about future events, such as global Wi-Fi outages and celebrity scandals. Many of the person's claims regarding events in the first months of 2021 have already proven to be untrue.

Another TikToker time traveler was @aesthetictimewarper who said bizarre predictions from the year 2714, including alien invasions.

TikTok has seen its fair share of viral content over the years, with it having some videos being more bizarre than others. Although some of its users get famous on the app for their dancing or lip-syncing skills, others have gone viral for very different reasons.

And here, unicosobreviviente is one of them.
