Facebook Introduces Creative Tools On Ads Manager For Easy Ad Creation

The internet is a crowded place. Facebook that has become a place where many people share their thoughts, knows this practically better than mostly anyone else.

In order for advertisers to create ads anywhere they are, Facebook has been providing the Ads Manager as a mobile solution for advertisers since 2015.

After adding creative reporting metrics, A/B testing capabilities and more, the social giant is introducing a suite of creative tools for the Ads Manager app that should make it easier for advertisers to build compelling ad content right from their mobile devices.

The tools allow advertisers to include text overlays, shapes, stickers, logos, image cropper or color filters. There is also a text policy checker that can alert advertiser if the amount of copy in the ad exceeds Facebook’s advertising guidelines.

These added creative tools also allow advertisers to quickly create and edit ad images straight from the Ads Manager app, saving time and effort. They tools include:

  1. Text Overlay and Text Policy Checker: Allows advertisers to incorporate text within their ad. Here, they can select different fonts and adjust the text's positioning and opacity. There is a text policy checker that will give notification when the amount of text in their ad satisfies or exceeds Facebook's guidelines.
  2. Image Cropper: The image cropping feature allows advertisers to quickly crop images so their can fit in ads and Page posts.
  3. Templates: The templates feature offers customizable ad templates, which include stickers, text and shapes.
  4. Shapes, Stickers and Logos: The shapes, stickers and logos feature enables advertisers to add their own brand's logo, stickers and shapes, This allows them to customize their ad and showcase important information about their business.
  5. Color Filters: Helps adjusting the looks of ads.
