The Flash actor Ezra Miller dated Zoë Kravitz, daughter of actor-musician Lenny Kravitz. And when their relationship came to an end, Miller came out as queer in 2012.
As a non-binary, Miller then uses the they/them pronouns, as they pointed out, is their "refusal to be gendered."
"Queer just means no, I don't do that. I don't identify as a man. I don't identify as a woman. I barely identify as a human."
Having expressed an interest in "kissing boys" at a young age, Miller doesn't identify himself a gay, and has been attracted mostly to "shes." But regardless, Miller said that he is "open to love whatever it can be," and that he loves having "a lot of really wonderful friends who are of very different sexes and genders. I am very much in love with no one in particular."
While Miller's career looked good, especially since starring at the Fantastic Beasts and portraying Barry Allen/The Flash, things changed for the worse, when Miller was met with some legal issues.

After being caught carrying marijuana in 2011, Miller was involved in an incident in 2020, where he choked a woman and throwing her to the ground.
Then in early 2022, Miller was involved in a couple of incidents, and that Miller was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, and also assault.
The most notable however, was in June 2022.
Miller again messed with the law when Miller was accused of having a relationship with Tokata Iron Eyes.
The Standing Rock Sioux tribal court issued a temporary order of protection against Miller on behalf of Eyes.

This happened because the parents requested the court order due to Miller allegedly using "violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs" to hold sway over their child.
It is said that Miller began a relationship with Tokata in 2016, when Miller was 23 and Iron Eyes was 12
Not only that Miller dated a minor, it is said that Iron Eyes also dropped out of school in 2021, allegedly to follow Miller around, and even visited Miller abroad shooting a movie. Miller was also accused of causing bruises to the Eyes' eyes and body.
Although Iron Eyes is 18 when their parents requested court order, their parents are still considered Eyes' legal guardians due to the tribal regulations.
This is because Eyes is a Native American, member of the Standing Rock Sioux Indian tribe.
Eyes responded to this through their Instagram account, denying their parents' allegations, declaring themself to be both mentally stable and in contact with a mental health professional.
Eyes also appeared to defend Miller.
In an Instagram post, they argue that Miller has only provided "loving support" over a difficult period.
"I am in no way, or under any circumstance have ever been during my short-lived adulthood, in need of a conservatorship," Eyes wrote.
"My father and his allegations hold no weight and are frankly transphobic and based in the notion that I am somehow incapable of coherent thought or opposing opinions of those of my own kindred worrying about my well being. I am now aware of the severity of emotional and psychological manipulation I was made to endure while in my parents' home."
Eyes' parents, Chase Iron Eyes, an activist, attorney, and politician, and Sara Jumping Eagle, a pediatrician and environmental activist, don’t believe that the post was legitimate, stating that Eyes "doesn’t have a phone."
"[Miller] move[s] around so much [that] we’re stuck in this legal limbo situation, and we can’t serve them in any place they’re in long enough. They’ve been flighty. They’ve been avoiding service, and now there’s public pressure mounting on them to make a decision, which makes us very concerned about Ezra’s volatile nature," said Chase Iron Eyes.
My daughter Tokata Iron Eyes has not had a phone since Jan 2022, #EzraMiller has control of Tokata’s instagram. If you know Tokata’s whereabouts - please contact me. #MMIW #mmiw #WarnerBros #MuteRKelly #mniwiconi #rezpectourwater #metoo #equitynow pic.twitter.com/Iu6D5ij38H

Following this allegation and after being accused of manipulating and grooming an underage fan, Miller then went missing.
As of June 10, 2022, law enforcement has been unable to locate Miller to serve them with the order.
Miller posted five memes to their Story, seemingly mocking the authorities who are pursuing the actor with images containing writing such as, "You cannot touch me I am in another universe" and "MESSAGE FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION."
Miller made that in reference to The Flash, where his character meets multiversal versions of himself.
Miller also posted one meme with a person keeled over, and said that: "Me remembering how I was nice when I should have said who the f— do you think you’re talking to."
"I am shielded from negative people & their ill intent. My spirit, mind, body, soul + success are not altered by anyone’s envy. I am protected from all negative NRG(energy) people attempt to throw at me. Subconsciously & consciously. I clear any & all hidden peers who are hidden enemies," Miller said in another post.
Miller however, deleted the posts not long afterwards.
Miller also disabled his Instagram account after that.
