What do Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Superman's supervillain Lex Luthor have in common?
Both are business magnates, CEOs, billionaires, and bald. And if those aren't enough, when Bezos played with oversized mechanical arms, many Twitter users have again joked the similarities between the two industrialists CEOs.
Many Twitter users who have in the past for several times compared Bezos with Luthor, again see Bezos as the real-life representation of Luthor, the archenemy or Superman, the New God from DC Comics.
Luthor is a villainous mastermind who craves power and global domination. He has no natural superpowers, but occasionally wears his Warsuit, which is a mechanized armor that gives him enhanced strength, flight, advanced weaponry, and other capabilities.
Despite that, Luthor that has been envisioned as the Man of Steel's dual opposite, is morally depraved and relying on intellect and his cunning, rather than strength or brute force.
The comparisons between the two were mostly made for fun with some humor, with a little exasperation.
Not to mention, Bezos is at this time the richest person in the modern world, with wealth that once exceeded $200 billion.
With Bezos wealth, position and influence, there are indeed people who surely think that the Amazon owner can take over the world in the future.
Bezos isn't the only real-life person to have been compared with some fictitious characters.
Tesla and SpaceX co-founder Elon Musk for example, has been compared with Marvel's Tony Stark, the billionaire behind the Iron Man suit.
