In the Czech Republic, or Czechia, the people's attitudes towards sex and pornography can vary among individuals, as they do in many societies.
However, the people there are known for having a relatively liberal approach to sexuality compared to most other countries. It's said that Czechs are more open discussions about the topic, and that sex education is comprehensive. And when it comes to pornography, Czechs also don't really have strict regulations to govern it.
Adult content is legal.
But only if it complies with certain guidelines.
And this time, a content creator from Australia, crossed the boundary of what is a norm, in Czechia, by filming a sex tape.
Not just some ordinary sex tape, because the sex tape in question was shot in public.
What Hayley Vernon did, is not what an average person would do, even in Czechia's standard.
The 35-year-old Australian, who appeared on the 7th season of the reality show Married At First Sight, has become an OnlyFans content creator, a porn star, and also an escort.
And apparently, she tested the waters, and taunted the Czechia's laws, by first teasing her sex tape on her Instagram Story.
In what appears to be her trip to Czech Republic, she shared she paid a visit to a pubic street in the capital city Prague, and made a sex tape there.
The porn video sees Hayley playing a "lost backpacker" role walking alongside the road, near a highway, before a man, played by by her partner, pulls his car over and offers her money for sex.
She then engaged in sex acts with her partner in broad daylight, in full view of anyone who happened to be in the area.
In fact, the video even sees the pair laughing as an unsuspecting cyclist rides past them.
" [...] look at the guy on the bike," she said, as she was doing fellatio.
After that, the two are seen having intercourse, recorded by a camera that was placed on the dashboard of the car.
After the man finishes, the two went elsewhere.
The two rode off, with the video recording a chatter between the two individuals.
As night approaches and things gets dark, the man stopped the car, and they began having intercourse again, up until the man finishes on her mouth for the second time.
Czechia has a relatively liberal approach to sexuality, and that over the years, the country has gained the status of being the world's third-largest distributor of pornography, trailing only behind the United States and Russia.
In fact, a media company in Czechia even went as far as labeling Prague as a "porn paradise."
But still, there are laws and societal norms in place to maintain public order and decency.
And engaging in sexual activities in public spaces can be subject to penalties.
In other words, public sex is generally not allowed in the Czech Republic, and is considered offensive.
Violators can be fines of up to 10,000 CZK, roughly $430, with the possibility of finding themselves serving a prison sentence if prosecution for the public sex acts is pursued.
It's reported that the tattooed bombshell wasn’t too concerned about being prosecuted.
After all, she's financially motivated.
"An influencer said to me, ‘Why don’t you try OnlyFans?’ And I’ll be honest with you, I was on the wines and I was like, I’m gonna make a page, put it out there […] " she said.
“The amount of money that hit my bank within 24 hours was more than I could have ever imagined would have come through.”
Due to how much money she could earn by exposing more of her skin, she shifted her line of work from reality TV to making sex work, even when it involves making a sex tape on the side of the road.
According to report, Hayley’s move into content creation led her into making pornographic videos, and then escorting.
Her career choice is challenging to her, and may one way or another, indirectly entices her to create more daring content.
And apparently, her quest for prosperity means that she is risking prison time in a foreign country.
It's worth noting that Hayley was a finance broker. But that career abruptly ended following her first appearance on the Australian version of Married At First Sight in 2020.
It's said that Hayley began modeling for the subscription-based adult platform OnlyFans in August 2020, and has since accumulated earnings exceeding $1.3 million on the platform.
As for her adult entertainment career, Hayley was crowned the Best Newcomer Female Porn Star at The Adult Industry Choice Awards in 2022.
Later, it's reported that she fled the Czech Republic when she started to fear for her safety.
She fears that she would be "human trafficked."
"When I got to Prague to film, I immediately started panicking as the taxi that was taking me to the shoot started going away from the city," she revealed on her social media.
"We eventually got to the studio and I couldn’t understand a thing anyone was saying and all the men were snapping at me whenever I spoke (in English)," she continued.
"They then asked for my ID and I f**king panicked. I thought, this is it, dad’s right – I’m about to get my passport taken, put in a car and taken somewhere else."
"Dad had been warning me how likely it was that I was going to be trafficked (doing sex work) in south east Europe, while it was something I’d never considered or was worried about until I was in that situation," she explained.
After she fled the country, she said that she will be taking more precautions on her next "porn tour."
In an Instagram post, she hinted that she would be staying in the UK, at least for the foreseeable future.
"Bruv I ain't coming home...tell the mandem the UK has me, innit," she said.
