Wikipedia, Google and other large sites lead online campaign against SOPA/PIPA. In total over 150,000 websites participated in the January 18th blackout resulting in both the House and Senate voting against the respective SOPA and PIPA bills.
As many as 10 million signatures, 8 million calls, 4 million emails and faxes flooded into Congress as a result of the anti-SOPA campaign.
